Centaflex - Flexible CouplingsProven, highly flexible, damping couplings that absorb the vibrations between the propeller shaft and reversing gearbox. The large rubber volume ensures smooth transmission of torque and propeller thrust. Vibrations and structure-borne noise are dampened. The noise level in the boat is reduced by up to 5 dbA, i.e. reduced to about 1/3.The couplings are equipped with a fail-safe device that ensures power transmission even if the rubber should break. The couplings are equipped with a thrust bearing.
